"Registration, Evaluation, Permission and Restriction of Chemicals (KKDIK- Turkish REACH)” was published by the Turkey's Ministry of Environment and Urbanization of Turkish Republic on June 23, 2017 in the Official Gazette No. 30105. KKDIK entered into force on December 23, 2017. KKDIK pre-registration starts from 23rd Dec 2017 and the pre-registration window will close on 31 December 2020. CIRS is to present this webinar to share the valuable information on how to comply with KKDIK: scopes, exemptions, roles and obligations, information requirements, registration procedures, differences over EU REACH.

On November 26, 2019, the General Administration of Customs, P.R.China (GACC) issued the Administration Measures on the Registration of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Foods (Draft) for public comments. 

With the goal of helping companies have a better understanding of how GACC works, CIRS held a webinar to talk about this regulation. Since there is no positive list for food ingredients in China, it is really difficult for oversea enterprises to check if the food raw materials and additives used in food are Chinese regulatory compliant or not. CIRS Free webinar: Changes of Health Food Labels with Warning Statements and New Regulations on Available Excipients and Provisions for Health Food Filing Products

On August 20th, 2019, SAMR issued ‘Guidelines on warning terms for health food labels’. This guideline aims to strengthen Health Food supervision, and it will be enforced formally since January 1st, 2020.

On 6th November, SAMR issued the ‘Available Excipients and Provisions for health food filing products’. This regulation will be enforced formally since 1st December 2019.

With the goal of helping companies have a better understanding of the alteration of these two regulations, CIRS held a webinar to talk about these two regulations.
