In China, Foods for Special Medical Purpose (FSMP) is a newly developing type of special food which is designed for patients. Though FSMP has not been widely used for clinic at present, its future market potential is promising. According to Food Safety law of the people’s republic of China (2015 version), before entering to the Chinese market, FSMP needs to get registered with Chinese authority SAMR (former CFDA). And the following questions are frequently asked by companies: What kind of product can apply for the FSMP registration? Are there any qualification requirements for the applicant? What is the registration process and what are the related dossiers requirements? In order to help companies have a better understanding of the China FSMP registration, this webinar will mainly focus on the following aspects to answer above mentioned questions: Introduction about FSMP and its categorization; registration background and process, registration dossier requirements and test requirements, current status and future trends. On January 1, 2019, The Act Registration and Evaluation of Chemicals, referred to as the chemical evaluation regulation, that is, the Korean K-REACH amendment was officially implemented. The revised regulations require that new chemical substances should be registered or notified before production or import; existing chemical substances (non-PEC substances) need to be registered when the production or import volume exceeds 1 ton / year.
This training session focuses on the joint registration process for existing substances. Help companies understand how to fulfill their full registration obligations after completing pre- or late pre-registration. At the same time, it will introduce the operation of the registration consortium, data sharing, and how to choose the registration role of the enterprise.

To deal with the shortage of disinfectant products, on February 4, 2020, the National Health Commission of the PRC issued the Notice on Emergency Listing of Some Disinfectants during the Prevention and Control Period of COVID-19, stipulating that some disinfectants could apply for emergency listing without registration if they met the relevant requirements. In this context, domestic and foreign enterprises are interested in entering the Chinese market for disinfection products, but which kind of disinfection products can apply for emergency listing?
