  6. Attend related conferences globally
  7. Hold webinars/seminars
  8. Continuously communication with China team
  9. Communication with related associations/authorities in EU


  1. B.S. degree is required
  2. 2 or more years of experience in regulatory area
  3. Chemistry background is a plus
  4. M.S. or PhD degree is a plus
  5. Team player
  6. Excellent communication skills

Office call log and post management

  1. Only representation administration
  2. Reception duties (Now – May 2018)
  3. Ad hoc duties relating to assisting the Managing Director complete his/her duties
  4. File management
  5. Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  6. Company documentation review and preparation
  7. Record keeping
  8. Organizing, attending and minute taking for meetings
  9. Organizing travel arrangements and itinerary


  1. Proven working experience in a similar role
  2. Degree in Business or similar an advantage but not essential
  3. Ideally > 1 years experience in Regulatory Affairs, however, graduates will also be considered for upcoming vacancies
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to multitask and priorities daily workload
