The Shanghai Summit Meeting on Chemical Regulations (SMCR) 2014, organized by the Chemical Inspection and Regulation Service (CIRS), the Korea Testing and Research Institute (KTR) and the Japan Environmental Management Association for Industry (JEMAI) was successfully held in Shanghai on 15-16 Oct. More than 140 delegates from chemical industry have attended the summit.
