Taiwan EPA and MOL Set up a Window for Fast Dossier Submission

Recently, Taiwan EPA and MOL, together, set up a window for manufacturers and importers to submit the dossiers for new chemical substance registration more efficiently.
The purpose of setting up a dossier submission window is to make the registration procedures more efficient and at the meantime, reduce the risk of repeated registration. An online registration and technical information platform has been released and open to public. You may visit the official website of Taiwan EPA for more information.
For the chemical substances that were manufactured or imported before 11 December 2014, and have not been included in the existing chemical substance inventory, or the chemical substances that were manufactured or imported before the implementation of the Measures for New Chemical Substance Management published by Taiwan OHSA, the enterprises that manufacture or import them, can login into the dossier submission window to submit the relevant document before 31 March 2015.
