MEP Issued the 33rd and 34th Batch of Toxic Chemical Clearance for Public Consultancy

China’s Ministry of Environmental Protection (MEP) has issued the 33rd and 34th batch of toxic chemical clearance for public consultancy. There are 70 applications for toxic chemical clearance notifications. The detailed information about the names and tonnage of chemical substances can be found on the MEP's official website.
A series of regulations jointly issued by China MEP, Ministry of Commerce and General Administration of Customs require that enterprises wishing to export or import substances on the list of restricted toxic chemicals must apply for an environment management clearance notification before starting any business activity.
