Official Interpretation to China Hazardous Chemical Administrative Policies

The implementation of this Catalog showed that China tightened its administration on hazardous chemicals. For this reason, officials from Shanghai CIQ will give a speech in the Forum and shared their opinions on how to better manage hazardous chemicals, how to judge whether a chemical is a hazardous chemical as well as the supervisory strategies concerning the export, storage and transport of hazardous chemicals.

As the REACH registration will be closed on 31 May 2018, relevant enterprises only have less than 6 months to register under REACH. To help enterprises understand the new features of REACH registration in 2018, to guide enterprises in REACH registration and to assist enterprises in regulatory compliance after REACH registration completed, officials from ECHA and experts from CIRS will give a speech and provide answers in details.

Latest progress of the amended Guidance Documents for New Chemical Substance Notification in China
